hey everybody,
my last run was harder than every run i had in the last year. it wasn't too long, and it wasn't too fast - i just felt my legs becoming very heavy, and each step hurt me like thousand pins stabbing my bones.
when i finished running i realized that i have stress fracture - which means i will not be able to run for the next week(or two, or even more).
that made me think about how running humbles you - you can't really jump too high before youv'e passed the first steps.
and i guess that that's the beauty of it - the process of getting better is so gradual, that if you'll take it too fast you'll lose the whole point : so i'm taking the good of it and moving on, hoping that by the end of the week i'll be back on track , and ofcourse that i'll keep you all posted.
